| Bio: | I have another journal... which is the real one... this is just a weight loss one, where I can keep track of my diet... if ur actually interested to talk to me, just let me know and I'll give u the address to my real journal. Height: 5'4'' Starting weight: 160 lbs Current weight: 134.5 lbs Lowest weight: 134 lbs Ultimate goal weight: 107 lbs 69 days to lose around 35 lbs (by Sept. 1st) When I reach my stg of 123 I will buy myself something as a reward (clothes, not food!) THE PLAN: Breakfast: black coffee with splenda OR diet V8 juice OR tea Lunch: Bag of Smart Food popcorn (100 cals) and a diet soda Dinner: salad OR steamed veggies OR ice-cream popsicle (up to 100 cals) ALSO: ~Drink a minimum of 3 water bottles a day. ~Run a minimum of 3 miles a day. ~Add swimming to running a few times a week, but don't beat yourself up over it if you don't. Swimming is a plus, while running is a MUST. GOOD LUCK TO ME :) I can do it. I know I can. | ||||
